Scaling a Remote Brand with Mike Fox

Mike Fox is a published lifestyle and commercial photographer.

From Bowling Green, KY to Los Angeles, CA, Mike now utilizes his skills as a multimedia entrepreneur that inspires and empowers people to chase their dreams and live a fulfilling lifestyle.

His photography has been featured all around the world with clients such as FILA, The Chive, MedSailors, Blaze Pizza, and has been featured, bought, and displayed in various places that have allowed him to travel the world.

In 2016, he got the opportunity to work as a contract photographer in Greece and caught the travel bug while finding his true passion for lifestyle photography. This lead to the vision of something bigger than himself and in the same year, The Fox Magazine was created as an outlet to inspire others to chase their dreams and provide them with the tools to make it happen themselves.

This is what we talked about during our conversation.

  1. Mike’s background. How it all started for him.

  2. Mike discusses the importance of building a brand, how he transitioned from a B2C to a B2B model, and the power of interviews in creating content that resonates with an audience.

  3. He discusses his entrepreneurial journey, starting with a passion for photography and leading to the creation of The Fox Magazine, a remote lifestyle magazine.

  4. Mike explains how he built a brand that operates fully online, the importance of B2B partnerships in generating revenue, and the value of creating interviews to engage audiences.

  5. He talks about his business plans for the future.
